"Star Dance" Art Coat by Valentin Arrellin

Here's another winner from our master of sacred geometry, Valentin Arrellin! At the center of a sunburst of radiating, golden, V shapes placed on the lower left front is a perfect rosette of five swirls that form a Japanese-looking flower motif. Ever expanding gold lines extend outward from the central design to cover the remainder of the body of the piece, both framing and relaxing the intensity of the start burst design.
Arrellin really knows how to make a dazzling, dancing motif that also has room to breathe and really shine... and make you shine too when you wear it over a basic black top and slim leg pants with chunky gold jewelry. This is one elegant piece, fit for the very best occasions and guaranteed to make waves!

Valentin Arrellin's Bio

Zacatecas, Mexico

“I am from Zacatecas, a colonial and mining city in central Mexico. I graduated as a Mining Engineer in 2000 from Zacatecas University and worked on 4 different underground mines for 2 years. After I graduated, I decided I didn’t like mining. I moved to Santa Fe in 2002 and fell in love with its adobe houses, Spanish and Native American culture and its art. All of this inspired me to create and illustrate.”

“Being in engineering school prompted me to fall in love with Geometry. Sacred Geometry caught my attention. It is in everyone, everywhere and everything from the tiniest particle, human bodies, animals, plants, planets, galaxies and the universe itself. My art is based in nature and it’s natural patterns and shapes, from the microcosm to the macrocosm.”

“The study of Sacred Geometry has always been fascinating to me, from both scientific and spiritual points of view. There are times when people who advocate one facet of Sacred Geometry scoff at the people on the other side of the fence. Nonetheless, it cannot be denied that the study of Sacred Geometry, whether for scientific or spiritual purposes, is something that can blow the mind away.”
